Horse Agistment available (2 horses) in AUSTINVILLE, Queensland for sale

Hi, I have a beautiful paddock available which is just over two acres in Bonogin, big enough for two horses. It really is the perfect paddock for a horse or two, the last horse on here was 30 years old and is still trotting!
I will happily rug your horse/s and feed them morning and night if you need, as well as make sure they have plenty of water lots of care and love, you provide food, covers and other needs. There are loads of trails around here that I have a key to access, for your riding pleasures and the paddock is not to far from Mudgeeraba.
I have just over 10 years riding experience, with a wide range of knowledge picked up in that time as you can imagine meaning I am rather quick to pick up if any thing abnormal is going on with your horse quicker then most. I rode competitively, my main love being show jumping and dressage, unfortunately due to a health issue with my leg it became unsafe for me to continue this love and after operating they managed to make it better, however I have never regained the full strength to ride without pain.
A long term lease would be preferred, although I am flexible. Two weeks in advance plus a $50 security bond is required. Paddock is beautiful, clean and fully fenced. Large Tack/feed shed available and your own easy to use side access to paddock, as well as the trail ride key as I mentioned above.
