Online Skateboard Sales Business For Sale - Passive Income in AUSTINVILLE, Queensland for sale

After 2 and half years of starting and running Unreal Banana Peel myself as an Importing/Sales business, ive regrettably decided to sell it as my focus has changed onto another venture of mine.
First of all, there a few different elements to this business, which ill explain below:
1. Domain name and website: www.unrealbananapeel.com - A unique Australian slang domain name which is worth thousands of dollars by itself.
2. Import business, buying 'fun' products from overseas and supplying them to skate and surf shops in Australia
3. Website, Australialisted and distributor sales - An easy to run passive income.
4. The unique 14 wheel flowboard skateboard that turns heads anywhere you go and that hardly anyone else is marketing in Australia
How UBP works as a business
The whole business is set up as a passive income, with just 1-3 hours a week to run the whole thing and you'll make between 100-400% on each board sold depending on if its a shop we supply to in SE QLD or a sale on Australialisted.
There's hardly any other competition in Australia and all the hard work and systems have been set up by myself already. This can be run from anywhere in Australia from your own home, ideal for a stay at home mum or student who works and wants to make extra money on the side.
All you do is run about 10 Australialisted ads for 10 days at a time, wait for the boards to sell online and send them out by courier once you get paid on PayPal.

And the 5 shops that we supply to in SE QLD. Some shops sell occasionally and others consistently sell boards every week.
Selling and delivering a board
When someone buys a board online, all you do is package the board at home, write their address and call your local courier to pick it up from your door and the customer will have their product with 2 - 3 business days. It's that easy.
I get my courier to pick up packages from the back of the house, which means you can have a sale come through anytime, package it in the morning and have it picked up whilst your at work or out enjoying life.
I use Fastways Couriers which have proven to be half the price of Australia Post, plus you don't have to go there every day to drop off parcels.
Income
The average gross income ranges from $200 -$500 a week, which obviously fluctuates depending on how many sales come through.
There is A LOT more room for growth! The best way ive found to increase sales straight away is to find shops (distributors) in your local area who want to stock the boards...
You'll find most shops want to stock them, especially as we offer them on a 'consignment' basis where they pay us as they sell them, which is no risk for the shop owner.

I usually call my distributors once a month to see how they are going and if they need a top up ill package up 4 boards and get my courier to send it off to them. The distributors pay half the cost of the delivery, which is in the 'Distributorship Agreement' they signed.

There are currently around 50 flowboards left in stock, including our 5 stores... Which are worth around $6000 once sold.
